Hi, my name is Mandy. I have been immersed in the customer service and sales industry for over 30 years. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with companies as large as Southwest Airlines and have also ventured into entrepreneurship by owning my own businesses. One constant thread in all my trainings, onboardings, and interactions has been the golden rule: treat others as you wish to be treated, and the outcome is always remarkable. My goal with each person I engage with is to make you feel at ease, understood, and to collaboratively find a solution. I bring my years of experience and genuine love for connecting with others into every interaction.

In my spare time, I love exploring different states across the USA, visiting local hangouts, and imagining what it would be like to live in those areas. Living in San Diego has instilled in me a deep appreciation for Mexican cuisine and its diverse preparations, as well as a true love for the beach. While it might sound like a cliché, I genuinely enjoy taking long walks on the beach with my forever travel partner, Sean. I look forward to getting to know you.
